Frequently Asked Questions:

  • What should I wear?
    • Dress to feel comfortable! Some people want to wear their “Sunday Best” while others prefer a t-shirt and jeans.
  • What is your service like?
    • The best way to find out is to come! We have a structured service that may feel more traditional to some, but we also incorporate some modern elements and music.
    • You can expect the Bible to be read and preached. We will sing hymns, and new songs. We will confess our sins to God and be assured of his forgiveness. We will profess our common faith together using a written creed or passage of scripture.
    • To end each service we celebrate the Lord’s Supper. In all things we seek to glorify God and point people to the Good News of Jesus Christ.
  • What will my children do?
    • We love to have children of all ages (and their noises!) present with us in worship. The Bible teaches that children have a special place in the Kingdom of God and we celebrate their role in our community.
    • If you feel the need to step out with your child, please do so. We also have “Worship Bags” which are filled with materials to help little ones engage with our service.
